Mind Sport 2009

Finally got a chance to go for a Parnab Mukherjee quiz.I was eagerly waiting for this one.I just wanted to see the standard of his quizzes.When we arrived at the  “Shri Satya Sai Auditorium”, the audi was jam- packed.Finally getting our seats, we did some final discussions and then were all set for the quiz.

Then entered the man himself Mr. Parnab Mukherjee, passing out some funny comments, he told us the rules for the quiz.Then the preliminary round began. The questions were not easy and in the end, we managed to score a total of 6.We knew that it was unsatisfactory but were happy to score even this much in such a quiz.

Then after the refreshments, we came back to the audi and the teams for the 1st semis were declared.No team from our school could make to the semis. The 1st semifinal was really good, although the questions were tough but I knew many of them.Unfortunately we had to leave for the school and could not see the whole quiz.In the end Amity Noida emerged as the winners of the quiz.

Altogether again a very good experience, although we didn’t qualify.But a Parnab Mukherjee quiz is never a waste of time.I am glad that I got a chance to go for such a good quiz.
